Carol Murray-Negron, is founder and president of Equanimity, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in executive coaching, investor relations, and leadership development.
 
With over 25 years in management, Carol’s broad corporate and global experience includes senior positions with Avon Products, where she was vice-president of investor relations, U.S. regional sales, and Asia Pacific marketing and had expat assignments in Hong Kong and Mexico.
 
Coaching specialties include executive and leadership development, organizational leadership, executive presence, career development, strategic and financial communications, and presentation skills.
 
Currently, Carol serves on NIRI’s Board of Directors, is a NIRI Fellow and a member of the Senior Roundtable. She’s a recipient of Investor Relations Magazine’s Lifetime Achievement Award and an adjunct professor of investor relations at New York University’s School of Professional Studies.
 
An executive coach with Right Management, Carol is a member of the International Coaching Federation, and holds a Certificate in Executive and Life Coaching from NYU. Carol earned a Master of Fine Arts from Yale School of Drama and a B.A. from Chatham University.
